We offer a 30 days payment term to accommodate our clients. However please note these terms are not applicable for End of Tenancy cleans whereby we expect payment on completion of the job.

Yes. Our Public Liability is up to £5,000,000 and our Employers Liability is up to £10,000,000 Evidence of these insurances can gladly be shown on request.
No. We pay our staff a minimum of £10 per hour depending on the job and level of skill needed. As an example our staff that are IPAF/PASMA trained enabling them to work at height are paid a higher rate to reflect that skill set. Cleaning is a physically demanding job and COVID19 has highlighted more than ever how important it is to have good cleaners. It is our belief that by paying that bit extra we gain loyal, thoughtful, hard working staff that show up and clean to the high standards that we expect.
No, there are no long-term contracts or obligations required. If however you prefer to enter into a contract then we can of course accommodate this.
Yes absolutely. At ST Extreme Cleaning we work Weekends, days, evenings and nights. We will work around our clients and provide our cleaning services both regular and ad-hoc at the time that proves least disruptive to your business.
