Terms and Conditions


  1. By instructing us to proceed with the above works (confirmation required) you will be agreeing to a minimum contract term of 12 months with the specified number of visits quoted. The contract will commence on the date of the first visit.
  2. All prices are fixed for the minimum term of the contract.
  3. After the minimum 12 month period has ceased, this contract, unless agreed otherwise, will be assumed ongoing to which a full calendar months’ notice by both parties will be required for termination. Written notice of termination must be provided, failure to do so will result in 100% charge of any work scheduled within this period.
  4. After the minimum 12 month period, prices may be subject to a price increase. Any uplift in prices will be notified to the client one month prior to the end of the 12 month period.
  5. In the event that termination is required within the 12 month time period after the first clean only, an additional charge of 20% of the cost per clean will be incurred to cover additional mobilisation costs.
  6. All quotations are based upon the agreed frequencies. Should you break this agreement by postponements to the service, once the service is re-established, the first clean may carry a surcharge dependent upon the length and timing of the break in service. All charges will not exceed 50% of the previously agreed cost.
  7. All invoices will be submitted on the completion of each individual clean and accompanied by a copy of the completion certificate.
  8. All prices quoted are inclusive of labour, equipment and materials and waste disposal costs.
  9. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, our terms of payment are strictly 28 days from date of invoice.
  10. All prices quoted are based on the requests of the client, structure and layout of the building and condition and amount of work required at the time and date of the quotation. All prices are subject to change if any of these factors may vary between the time of the quotation and completion of the work.
  11. In the event of an abortive visit at a date and time that has been previously arranged by telephone or email and/or detailed in the annual works delivery schedule a one off charge will be incurred of £90.00 per visit per person to cover travel and time costs. An abortive charge will be incurred if any of the following applies:- Notice of a change in time or date for delivery of service must be notified to ST Extreme Cleaning or relevant manager 48 hours prior to our site arrival.- The authorised site officer refuses entry to our staff preventing them from completing the prearranged clean.

    – We are unable to access certain areas of the building and are requested to return at a different date and time to complete the cleaning.

    – We are prevented from starting work at the prearranged time and requested to wait for longer than 30 minutes on site until areas become available.

  12. In the event, that you are dissatisfied with our service, all complaints must be registered in writing by email within 48 hours of the last clean.
  13. Our company agrees to fully indemnify our clients against any substandard work, damage to property, or against any accident to either a member of staff or any person at any given site as a result of the work been carried out. If any property items are of a substandard condition prior to starting work this will be brought to the attention of the authorised officer. These items will NOT be covered under this guarantee.
  14. Our company will ensure it has sufficient equipment and resources of the necessary quality and Health and Safety Standards to be able to carry out the work quoted for.
  15. Our company will at all times ensure sufficient public liability and employer’s liability insurance is in place.
  16. Our company is responsible for complying with all aspects of Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and will abide by all regulations and legislation associated to the work our company undertakes.
